Halo Minerals
Brand and investor communications
WHO
Halo Minerals PLC is focused on producing key strategic and battery metals by reprocessing low-risk, metal-rich, surface-accumulated legacy mining waste, with a particular focus on South America and copper. Through its flagship project, Halo is redefining sustainable mining, uniquely advancing global strategic objectives by producing copper and gold whilst also depolluting the Chañaral Bay area in Chile.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to support Halo Minerals through a name change, an updated company strategy and a planned admission to the London AIM market. This included creating a refreshed website to clearly communicate the company’s new direction, followed by a fully AIM-compliant site once listed. Further support was also required to print, mail, and coordinate the circular mailings to gain shareholder approval for the name change, strategy update, and subsequent IPO.
SOLUTION
The website needed to be budget-conscious while still delivering a highly professional brand and engaging corporate communication. The use of evocative images of the region, combined with operational photography, highlighted key facts and figures to enhance investors’ understanding of the opportunity and the high-quality battery metals that drive the global transition to sustainable energy. The investment proposition was clarified, and an investor factsheet was produced.
IMPACT
The new Halo Minerals website, launched in January 2026, became the central communication platform. All resolutions put to shareholders passed, allowing the company to progress its strategy. Halo was successfully admitted to AIM on 30 March 2026, raising £4m to advance the company’s flagship project in Chile. FourthQuarter designed, produced, printed and mailed Halo’s annual report to shareholders under its new ticker (AIM:HALO), reinforcing brand consistency and stakeholder engagement across all channels.
