BCSC (British Council of Shopping Centres) is the voice of the retail industry representing over 2,600 members from all shopping formats and locations.

CHALLENGE

As part of its service to members, BCSC carries out industry and public policy research and FourthQuarter designs and produces many of the resulting reports. The focus for communication is building audience understanding of often complex data and growing engagement in the subject matter.

SOLUTION

We produce tightly structured and easily navigable reports with content broken down into digestible parts. As the range of subjects covered by BCSC is diverse, we give each report its own distinctive design reflective of the content, as well making sure the design sits within the overarching brand guidelines for BCSC.

IMPACT

Working with BCSC for over five years, FourthQuarter has produced a wide range of reports and communications which have helped BCSC have an impact on their target audiences of policy makers and retail property owners. Through reading the reports, both parties are able to make more informed decisions about retail property.
